I'm Dima, a Senior Product Manager currently at EGYM Wellpass, building corporate fitness technology products used by thousands of businesses in Europe. Before that, I was a Sr. PM at AutoScout24 and a Product Manager at Red Bull Media House, where I shipped mobile gaming products. I come from Ukraine 🇺🇦, am based in Munich, and spend my free time doing CrossFit, mountain biking, and hiking.

Aug 2009 - May 2010

I spent a wonderful year as a highschool student in the small town of Itasca, TX, USA. During this time I've also explored most of the Texas state and visited Washington, DC.

Ukrainian war 🇺🇦

Armed Forces Mar 2015 - Mar 2016

After military institute I served in Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was a period of armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine, so I spent most of my service time there. This was a tough year.

First Job in Game Dev 👾

Gameloft May 2016

I was super excited to work for Gameloft as a Marketing / Community Manager for popular free-to-play games Spider-Man Unlimited and World at Arms.

Move to Austria 🇦🇹

Red Bull Media House May 2018

Got a job offer as Product Manager at Red Bull Media House and moved to beautiful city of Salzburg, Austria. Here I fell in love with mountain biking, did a lot of hiking and skiing.

Move to Germany 🇩🇪

AutoScout24 Jan 2022

Started to work at AutoScout24 as a Sr. Product Manager in Munich, Germany. Thanks to great team members I managed to attend my very first rave party in the woods. I am located just 1.5hrs drive from Salzburg, so I still enjoy hikes and MTB rides on weekends.

When I'm not at work

Doing CrossFit, hiking — most recently I walked 125 km across Spain in 5 days on the Camino de Santiago — hunting for a new song to put on repeat, and cooking ambitious breakfasts. Pancakes with mascarpone, honey, and peaches are a personal signature.

A bit more about me

  • Was a chubby blond little dumpling as a kid — see right.
  • Spent a year in Itasca, Texas as a high school exchange student (2009–2010) through the FLEX program.
  • Served in the Ukrainian Armed Forces (2015–2016) during the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
  • Walked the Camino de Santiago — 125 km in 5 days through Spain. Would do it again.
  • My alternate career: teaching. Probably math.
